Line the bottom of an ungreased broiling pan with aluminum foil and spray broiler rack with cooking spray. Wash salmon & pat dry. Smother salmon with Ma Provence Black Olive Tapenade. Place salmon skin-side down onto rack. Bake salmon, uncovered, 9-13 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 140-145 degrees).
